Despite not being listed as one of the area’s that will be receiving a disrupted and slower than usual postal service, we have noticed a significant delay in the post we are receiving.
In October 2020, we informed our clients of a new service we are using called Onvio. Onvio is a cloud-based document management system, enabling you to authorise documents online via eSignature, upload accounting information for us to view and providing you with anywhere, anytime access to your documents.
As we are following the current guidelines, we are minimising face to face contact and with evitable delays to the postal service, we feel that Onvio is the fastest and most effective way to share information and approve documents at the moment.
